Political Blogger; Topic 8: What Is a Conservative?

Hello, everyone and thank you for reading my blog an being a concerned citizen, concerned for your country, that is. I have a special topic tonight. I will be describing exactly what it is I believe in. I am a Conservative, not a Republican and not a Democrat, a Conservative. In this post I will describe to you just what that means. I will describe to you what a Conservative is. I hope you like the post and leave feedback.

I am an American. I have my opinions just as every other living human being does. Some people have opinions similar to mine, and some people have opinions the exact opposite of mine. I am writing this post tonight to explain to everyone what my opinions are. If you are a liberal, have you ever thought “what are Conservatives thinking? They are insane.” Well, you will learn how a Conservative thinks. I’m not speaking for all of the Conservatives out there, just most of them.

First, the way I define a Conservative is someone who believes in avoiding making any major changes as much as possible and who believe in the traditional ways of doing things as well as thinking things out completely before making any major changes to something important. Conservatives hold on strong to their beliefs. Conservatives believe in limited government and focus on the well being of the individual in this country instead of certain groups. A conservative also believes in maintaining the vision of our founding fathers for this country, which includes making sure that each and every person in this country keeps all of their basic freedoms and that these freedoms are never infringed upon. The preservation of rights is very important to conservatives.

Conservatives believe in a free market and Capitalism because everyone knows that competition is best for businesses in a country full of so many business. Conservatives believe that the market should choose the winners and losers and not the government. Conservatives also believe in limited government regulation in business as it makes it so much harder for businesses to succeed when there are so many unnecessary rules to follow. Some regulation is good, but not all. Since many Conservatives are old-fashioned, a big thing with them is that everyone should work and make money s that they can contribute to society by paying taxes and paying for goods that decide the fate of a business. You could say that the early colonists in Jamestown and other early colonies in the United States had some Conservative views, as they had a policy that basically said that “If you don’t work, you don’t eat.”

Conservatives believe that the less in this country that is run by the government, the better. The believe that it is not fair when you have a government program that interferes in the private marketplace because then you have what I have mentioned before which is government picking the winners and losers and goes completely against what a free market is all about, which also goes against what this county was founded on which is a big no no.

I hope you all have enjoyed this post. I hope to bring you another one tomorrow. Please leave feedback. I would love to consider everyone else’s point of view. Thank you.

Shoutouts; Topic 6: Kidnappings and Breaking News

Hello, everyone, and thanks for reading again tonight, I really appreciate all of everyone’s support. I’m glad to see peope interested in politics and supporting someone who may not have the same opinions as them, but still is willing to say what they believe and share it with others. I have a few shoutouts for t_bluz, everydaypowerblog and chainsoff. I really appreciate the feedback. It helps me a lot. Today, the big news of the day is the three women who were held captive all for around ten years who were rescued. I know this isn’t really a political issue, but there really wasn’t any big political news today, and if this trend continues I might hav to stop doing the news of the day until something comes up, bu for now I will give my commentary on this ordeal and the man who helped rescue the women, what a charcter.

So, these three women were kidnapped all within a three year period, were held captive for a decade by three men, according to the news article. What I can’t understand is how, in a neighborhood full of people, did the police get away with not doing their job for so many years, because according to what I read, the police were actually called by a neighbor who claims she saw “a naked woman” in the backyard. So, the police are quick to respond when a kid is posting lyrics to a song, but not when there is a naked woman living captive in someone’s home. But then again, they always say the best place to hide something is in plain sight. Anyway, just a thought, but even thought this is already a great story, it gets even better. We got to see another “Ain’t nobody got time for that” moment with the guy who helped save one of the women from the home, and if you haven’t seen the video, just look up “Ain’t nobody got time for that” on youtube.

So, the man who saved the first woman was a neighbor who heard her calls for help and got her to a phone so she could call the police. This guy is quite a character. In an interview, he said “I knew something was wrong when a little white girl ran up to a black man”. That’s kind of self-demeaning, to be honest, but it is pretty funny which is why I wanted to share it.

Luckily, as I am posting this blog, there is breaking news stating that Mark Sanford has won the South Carolina Congressional race that has been all over the news lately. Sanford is a former Governor of South Carolina who was running for the Congressional seat against the sister of political satirist Stephen Colbert, Elizabeth Colbert Busch. This is a pretty big win for the Republicans in South Carolina and Republican in general especially because of all of the media coverage. It’s good to know that there is still a place where the Republicans can still get their base out. Hopefully, this is a sign of good things to come in the mid-term elections in 2014, but I’m knocking on wood. Please leave feedback on whether or not you believe this is a good sign or that it means nothing, because it is in a place not really known for housing many liberals.

Thank you again for reading and supporting my blog. I hope to see some feedback on my questions because the mid-terms really are a big deal to me and I’m sure to many Conservatives. This really could be a big deal or it could be nothing. I hope you read tomorrow’s blog. I’m not quite sure what exactly it will be about, but I know there will be a good topic out there somewhere.

New Blogger; Fourth Post: Communism

My topic today was going to involve abortion, but I just wasn’t feeling it today for that topic. Therefore, today I will talk about Communism since I have already posted a picture of Communists in America. It has been a good first half week in the blogging world. Once again I thank all of my new followers, and I appreciate that you are willing to stand up for what you belive in by supporting someone who has the same beliefs.

On that note, let me get started by saying that in America, you are allowed to have any opinion you want (at least that’s what the government wants you to think). You see, the government respects everyone’s opinion until it does not fit their agenda, but that is another topic for another day. So, anyone can think and feel however they want in the United States, and that includes politically and any other way people think or feel. That’s the beauty of this country, and I’m not going to knock Communists for voicing their opinions, but I’m going to knock them for what their opinions are. Communists believe in equality, but just like peace, true equality can never be fully achieved. As long as there is difference in the world, whether it be different opinions, different body types, different people, there can never be equality. Equality implies that two or more things are the same. We learn this in math, where two numbers are considered equal when they are the same. It is the exact same thing with human beings. So, when a Communist offers people equality, what they are really offering is a sick, twisted world in which everyone makes the same amount of money, eats the same food, has the same skillsets, and no one can be better at anything than anyone else while there are a few people at the very top who have everything while people under them have nothing.

Since people are different in every way, and always will be, this is why Communism fails. People will realize “Hey I really am good at math even though I make the same grades as everyone else. This is not fair to me that I have to make the same grades as all of the slacker kids while I work my tail off.” In the illusion that they are being fair to everyone, they are really not being fair to anyone by making the hard workers and smart people feel as though they are worth less than what they really are, and making the slackers feel as though they can keep slacking because they are doing just as good as the smart people and the hard workers. This is why, in America, when you here the words “wealth gap” or something related to that, you know the gap is not really between the rich and the poor, but between those who work hard and those who don’t. Now you may say “But there’s a lot of hard workers who are still poor”. Let me tell you something, if those people who work very hard and are still poor had worked that hard in school, do you think they would be where they are today? If they had worked harder at making better decisions, do you think they would be where they are today? Just something think about next time you hear a liberal say that there are hard workers that are poor.

We also keep in mind that as long as we support the leaches of society, they will always be there. So, what do you do to get the unemployment rate down? You cut entitlements, simple as that. But, now that the leaches are so used to getting their entitlements, once they are cut, they are not going to go out and find a job, they are going to end up like Occupy Wall St. So, what do you do then? You leave them alone and let them protest all they want. Eventually they will run out of resources and be forced to either find a job or turn to violence. The ones that find a job should be celebrated, while the ones who turn to violence will be locked up in the lavish prisons around the country. This is another area where the government needs to stop spending so much money, prisons. Stop putting flat screen TVs in prisons and start putting that money where you really need it, towards the national debt. Our job isn’t to appease the prisoners in this country.

I hope everyone has found this post enlightening today, I will be posting again on Monday, hopefully. Please leave feedback. Thanks.

New Blogger; First Topic: Gun Control

Hello, everyone, I am a new blogger. I hope I can get off to a good start with my first post, but I won’t get my hopes up as I know only the very best get big in the blogging community. I hope to gain your support as a Conservative thinker. I know there are many others out there like me who want to get their words out to the world as they feel that the current state of our beloved country is the worst in recent memory. I know that everyone has their own distinctive ideas whether they be Conservative, Moderate, or Liberal. I would like the readers to know that no matter what I may say about someone I will always respect that person as a human being, unless, of course they do no do the same for others such as a certain couple of men in the news lately. I will not name names because they do not deserve it. Anyway, back to my introduction. I do not necessarily consider myself a Republican. I consider myself a Conservative, a part of the Tea Party Movement, a Civil Libertarian, a man of Faith.
On that note, you may be able to guess about how I feel about the topic of gun control. I realize many people may be burnt out on this topic, but I hope to offer some new insight. Now, the liberal agenda calls for “peace” amongst all peoples. I have two things to say on just the topic of peace. The first, peace is attainable, but not amongst a large enough number of people. You may ask what I mean by “large enough”. Well, it differs in basically every case. You see, the Man upstairs created us all with differing opinions, and though one person may be able to persuade others that his opinion is right, he will never persuade everyone. This is where Communists always fall short in the end on their attempts to control. No matter how much they force their opinions on their people, they can never persuade everyone, and a human being’s longing for freedom can never be fully extinguished whether it pops back up in their lifetime, their child’s lifetime, or their grandchild’s lifetime. The Rebel’s Yell can never be extinguished. Now, the second thing on peace is that since peace amongst all people is unattainable, peace in itself is irrelevant, and since this is the case, the goal of everyone should be to keep the right people safe. In order to keep the right people safe, we must t choose who the right people are and then put the measures in place that will keep them safe.
Taking from the last paragraph, I will first address the issue of the people in our country who need the most protection. Which, of course, starts with the children who are the future, the future of our people, the free people. Second, our women, the elderly, and the mentally ill, since I believe the Lord made it the man’s job to protect, and you have put the right protection in place to protect the children, then who is left? The women, the elderly, and the mentally ill are the ones left. Now on what measures to put in place. I use logic to figure out what works and what doesn’t, as I believe many people do. My logic tells me that when an evil person wants to do something evil, and it’s in their heart then nothing will stop them from doing it, except putting them somewhere where they can’t do the evil deed, whether it be in a cell or in the ground. A weapon used to do evil is just a tool. As many a man has said, “The fork didn’t eat the cake”. You see, the evil man is like the runaway train with no brakes, and the only way to stop it is to derail (kill) it or make it hit something so hard that it stops (lock it up).
In addition, when liberals say “We want to make it harder for them to kill people by limiting the size of magazines”, let me ask you something. First of all, when you limit the size of magazines to ten rounds, what will stop the murderer from taking ten loaded ten-round magazines with him instead of 3 or 4 thirty-round magazines to his killing spree? And on second thought, what is stopping a murderer from bringing molotov cocktails and a machete to his killing spree? And thirdly, what will stop the murderer from going to the black market and buying a 30-round magazine illegally. You see, if someone is willing to break the law to murder someone, they’re surely ready and willing to break the law to get the tools to do it. Therefore, the only way left to defend yourself is not by making new laws, but enforcing the laws you already have. Also, the more good people with guns on the street and anywhere, really, then the less bad people with guns in the same places.
Thank you everyone for reading. I will try to get new blogs out daily except on the weekends. I may skip a day or two here and there, but don’t we all? Thanks guys. Comment Please!
